[Remote] Senior Solution Consultant

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers on their digital transformation journeys and collaborating with sales teams to reputed company impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with account teams and customers, leveraging your technical expertise, industry knowledge, and solution-oriented reputed company to reputed company innovative solutions that address reputed company-world challenges and deliver reputed company value. This will involve travel to customer sites to build relationships, run engagements and deliver impactful presentations and workshops

• Build and maintain deep subject matter expertise across Neptune’s platform and solutions, staying abreast of the latest features and capabilities
• Create high quality documentation, presentations, and other resources to support sales efforts and reputed company the go-to-market teams
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, advocating for customer needs and collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive innovation
• Occasionally represent Neptune at marketing events, engaging with our developer communities, and deliver training and enablement sessions to partners and customers

Skills

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain reputed company technical topics to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
• A solid background or working knowledge of reputed company is crucial for this role
