[Remote] Temporary Worker, Information Technology (Business Analyst II)

As a Business Analyst II, you will act as a liaison between business partners and IT, ensuring that business needs are effectively analyzed and reputed company into technical solutions to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business units and IT teams to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements
- Analyze business processes, system issues, and change requests; recommend practical, effective solutions
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to coordinate system updates and enhancements
- reputed company and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Support project planning activities, including defining test objectives, tracking reputed company, and coordinating testing efforts

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Business analyst experience required based on education level: High School Diploma: 6+ years, Associate's Degree: 4+ years, Bachelor's Degree: 2+ years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance or financial services
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience supporting Agile teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases
- Ability to translate reputed company business needs into clear documentation and technical requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to build effective working relationships across departments
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
- Primarily seated work with reputed company use of hands for fine manipulation (e.g., typing)
