As a Business Analyst II, you will act as a liaison between business partners and IT, ensuring that business needs are effectively analyzed and reputed company into technical solutions to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units and IT teams to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements
  • Analyze business processes, system issues, and change requests; recommend practical, effective solutions
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to coordinate system updates and enhancements
  • reputed company and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Support project planning activities, including defining test objectives, tracking reputed company, and coordinating testing efforts

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Business analyst experience required based on education level: High School Diploma: 6+ years, Associate's Degree: 4+ years, Bachelor's Degree: 2+ years
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance or financial services
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience supporting Agile teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases
  • Ability to translate reputed company business needs into clear documentation and technical requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across departments
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
  • Primarily seated work with reputed company use of hands for fine manipulation (e.g., typing)
  • Frequent talking, hearing, and seeing
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Moderate stress level consistent with project-based work environments
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a reputed company field
  • Experience with life insurance or annuity business processes and insurance systems
