Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery from planning through release and stabilization
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Payments Operations to drive execution
• Manage projects involving payment transaction flows, integrations, and processing platforms
• Track delivery metrics, reputed company clear status updates, and escalate issues proactively
• Ensure adherence to reputed company, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate delivery ceremonies and promote strong documentation and operational readiness

Skills

• Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience working closely with engineering and QA teams
• Experience managing projects involving APIs, microservices, databases, and messaging systems
• Delivery experience with high‑volume transactional systems, preferably in Payments or financial services
• Hands‑on experience with Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Payments domain experience, including transaction lifecycles and system integrations
• Working knowledge of reputed company, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to Payments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
• Experience with specific payment rails (Cards, reputed company‑Time Payments, ACH, Cross‑Border, Merchant Payments)
• Exposure to performance, scalability, or resiliency initiatives on critical platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management in regulated environments
• Experience working on regulatory, audit, or compliance‑driven projects
• Project management certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM or equivalent)
