[Remote] Sr Accountant-06-Finance

They are seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to build and scale their reputed company operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and establishing processes and controls as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses
• Help shorten reputed company timelines and improve accuracy through automation and process improvements in reputed company
• Record and reconcile payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and commissions
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops to ensure accurate commission accruals and payouts
• Maintain payroll-reputed company accruals and ensure compliance with company policies
• Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reporting
• Track capital expenditures, disposals, and depreciation/amortization schedules
• Track and account for capitalization of internal-use software in accordance with GAAP
• Maintain inventory records for hardware and cybersecurity equipment
• reputed company reconciliations and support periodic inventory counts
• Maintain reputed company for leases in accordance with ASC 842, including modifications, remeasurements, and disclosures
• Administer lease reputed company under ASC 842
• Maintain lease schedules and record right-of-use assets and liabilities
• Record and reconcile intercompany activity across entities
• Support consolidation and elimination entries reputed company reputed company
• Support annual financial audits, including preparing audit schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring timely completion
• Assist with internal controls documentation and process improvements to strengthen financial governance
• Partner with HR, reputed company, Procurement, and Engineering to ensure accurate financial data and alignment across teams
• Support process automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred
• 4–7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (required)
• Deep understanding of GAAP, including ASC 842 and capitalized software guidance
• Experience with multi-entity and intercompany reputed company
• Advanced reputed company skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience
• Experience building reputed company processes from scratch or scaling operations
• Exposure to inventory reputed company in a tech/hardware-enabled business
