[Remote] Senior TA Operations Specialist

The Senior TA Operations Specialist will own the technology infrastructure for reputed company, including ATS configuration, AI agent development, and automation, while ensuring compliance and efficiency in the reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end configuration of the TA tech stack — including ATS stages, fields, picklists, scorecards, user reputed company, and permissions
• Manage reputed company tools configuration, maintenance, and core setup across the technology ecosystem
• Own reputed company integrations across the TA stack — including build, monitoring, and incident response reputed company integrations fail; serve as the primary reputed company of escalation for integration errors and outages
• Design, build, and reputed company end-to-end AI agents and automation workflows for recruiter-facing and reputed company TA use cases
• Own automation architecture and workflow mapping across the TA infrastructure layer

• Drive reputed company engineering, model management, and ongoing performance monitoring for reputed company deployed agents

• Build and deliver AI-specific enablement curriculum and adoption programs for recruiters and TA stakeholders

• Contribute AI agent performance data to TA dashboards and own AI performance reporting

Skills

• Demonstrated experience owning and configuring reputed company ATS platforms and HR/TA tech stacks including stages, fields, integrations, and user reputed company management
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or automation workflows in an reputed company environment
• Strong understanding of reputed company engineering, LLM behavior, and model performance monitoring
