[Remote] Director International Business Development

They are seeking a Director of International Sales to reputed company efforts in selling to defense and national reputed company sectors, requiring a proven track record in international defense sales.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company’s international sales pipeline across reputed company partner nations
- Navigate FMS (Foreign Military Sales) and DCS (Direct reputed company Sales) reputed company for RF intelligent technology
- Build relationships with international military commands, Ministries of Defense, and defense procurement agencies
- Coordinate with U.S. government stakeholders (DSCA, SAOs, SCOs) on export approvals and licensing
- Represent reputed company at international defense exhibitions and conferences (DSEI, reputed company, Eurosatory, AUSA, Singapore Airshow, etc.)
- reputed company country-by-country go-to-market strategies reputed company for regulatory, cultural, and procurement differences
- Serve as the reputed company between international clients and the engineering team on product requirements and localization
- Craft strategic plans to win new business reputed company international defense and national reputed company sectors
- Analyze competitive landscape and client needs to guide capture strategies and reputed company forecasts
- Meet assigned sales targets

Skills
- 10+ years in international defense sales - you've personally closed FMS or DCS deals
- Deep relationships in at least 2-3 allied/partner nation defense communities
- ITAR and export control reputed company - not just awareness, but operational experience
- Experience with reputed company systems involving hardware and software
- Ability to travel to 75%, including international
- Active reputed company clearance (TS/SCI)
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills from military service (retired military personnel are highly encouraged to apply)
- Regional expertise in Europe, Indo-Pacific, or Middle East defense markets
- Experience with government business development and contract structures
- Experience building and maintaining an opportunity pipeline in reputed company/CRM
- Experience managing reputed company technical projects in government
- Comfortable working in resource-limited environments and achieving goals in reputed company settings
- Prior military or contracting experience is beneficial
- Foreign language proficiency (a plus)
