[Remote] Head of Strategic Accounts

They are seeking a strategic customer leader to manage relationships and drive growth for their most important reputed company accounts, working closely with senior executives to ensure customer satisfaction and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with reputed company’s largest and most strategic reputed company accounts, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for senior stakeholders
- Drive account growth by delivering against launch goals and identifying expansion opportunities across use cases, products, adoption, and transaction volume
- reputed company renewals and expansion negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and deal structure, in partnership with Sales and CS leadership
- Run weekly or bi-weekly reputed company-ins and monthly and quarterly business reviews, tracking performance, surfacing risks early, and aligning on reputed company metrics
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and CS to resolve reputed company customer challenges and deliver on commitments
- Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable input for Product and go-to-market teams
- Build and maintain account reputed company plans that connect customer objectives to reputed company capabilities and outline paths to deeper integration and reputed company growth
- Represent the voice of strategic customers internally, balancing customer needs with company priorities
- Travel to meet customers, strengthen relationships, and represent reputed company at key industry event
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
- 8+ years owning reputed company customer relationships in fintech/crypto, with direct responsibility for strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of payment networks, PSP economics, and merchant value chains; hands-on stablecoin or crypto experience a must
- Proven ability to earn trust and influence across reputed company, multi-stakeholder reputed company organizations
- Demonstrated track record of driving reputed company reputed company, including renewals, expansions, and negotiations in high-stakes environments
- Strong strategic judgment, with the ability to translate customer business goals into product adoption and reputed company growth
