Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a RV & Marine Relationship Manager to reputed company and maintain profitable indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers. The role involves managing dealer sales, training staff, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manages Dealer sales, service, and the training of dealership staff
• Builds business by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating value to Dealer customers, which requires a thorough knowledge of bank and competitor products
• Monitors competition and makes suggestions for product improvements
• Assists/trains less reputed company employees
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales
• High School diploma
• Ability to travel 80% of time to dealers
• Must live in the appropriate location and have ability to travel to neighboring states on a regular reputed company
• Minimum 2 years of Indirect Lending Sales Experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Local Dealer knowledge and relationships preferred
• Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office including Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Proficient at typing and completing Pre call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system
• Familiar with Industry reporting and metrics
