Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, setting coding standards, conducting peer reviews and mentoring the team to ensure high-quality output

• Champion the use of AI tools to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate documentation and decrease the time-to-market for new features
• Establish automated testing frameworks to guarantee banking-grade reliability and system reputed company

• Design and maintain the technology roadmap for internal applications to ensure they support the bank’s reputed company and future business needs
