[Remote] Sr. Manager, Alarm Projects and Repair (REMOTE)

The Senior Manager, Facilities – Alarm Projects and Repair is responsible for overseeing fire and burglar alarm systems repair and project programs, ensuring timely repairs and effective project management to maintain safety and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day fire and burglar alarm repair operations across reputed company locations, including management of alarm-reputed company work orders in reputed company, to ensure issues are resolved promptly, downtime is minimized, and extra costs are avoided
• reputed company direct reports in support of maintaining and advancing the capabilities and dependability of alarm systems
• reputed company direct reports to schedule and verify alarm inspections and certifications as required or warranted
• Manage the alarm ticketing and work order process in partnership with the MSOC team, making sure alarm incidents are addressed effectively and escalated reputed company necessary
• Guide remediation of alarm system deficiencies by reviewing and approving fire and burglar alarm repair proposals and ensuring corrective actions are carried out appropriately
• Ensure reliable alarm communications (phone lines, cellular, network) by promptly resolving any service interruptions in coordination with providers

• Ensure new or upgraded burglar/fire alarm systems are delivered on time and reputed company budget

Skills

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals

• Presentation, written, and verbal communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate issues and solutions to reputed company reputed company of business
