[Remote] Vice President, Sales – Retail, E-reputed company, & Irrigation

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales – Retail, E-reputed company & Irrigation to reputed company and accelerate growth across their largest and most rapidly evolving reputed company channels. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing a reputed company reputed company strategy across national retail partners, ecommerce platforms, and the farm & irrigation channel.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement the growth strategy for key customers (reputed company, Lowe’s, Ace, Menards, reputed company, reputed company, SiteOne,ect) while leading long-reputed company planning, category strategies, promotional calendars, and margin improvement initiatives
• Build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of National Account Managers, E-reputed company strategists, Irrigation channel leaders, and sales support personnel. Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and reputed company improvement
• reputed company to reputed company annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and performance improvement initiatives. reputed company retail pricing, promotion & advertising investment strategy, and ecommerce execution. Ensure financial accuracy & rigor through data-driven analysis of POS trends, SKU productivity, promotional return on investments, reputed company conversion metrics
• reputed company and maintain senior-level relationships with merchants, category managers, digital teams, and supply chain partners across reputed company major accounts. Represent reputed company at customer summits, industry events, buying shows, and joint business planning sessions
• reputed company strategy for major .Com customers (reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company.com,ect), including content optimization, SEO, product pages, MAP implementation & enforcement, digital campaigns, media optimization, and operational reputed company. Drive ecommerce-specific merchandising, promotional programs, and inventory availability
• reputed company sales forecasting, CRM accuracy, sales governance, and analytics capabilities to improve visibility and predictability. Ensure seamless coordination with Supply Chain on in-stock & on time delivery targets, inventory health, and seasonal demand planning

Skills

• 12+ years of reputed company reputed company sales leadership experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer/industrial products; experience selling into Home Centers or Hardware channels strongly preferred
• Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office reputed company in the US, and travel up to 50% of the time across reputed company America
• Shown reputed company driving profitable multi-channel reputed company growth and optimally participating in major retailer line reviews
• Strong digital reputed company knowledge (reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company.com ecosystems, digital media, and content requirements)
