[Remote] Sales Engineer - USA

They are seeking a Sales Engineer to join their GTM team in reputed company America, where the individual will reputed company technical support during the sales process, collaborate with partners, and ensure they are equipped to reputed company and support Cynet’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities with MSP and MSSP partners. reputed company technical expertise during the sales process, including presentations, demonstrations, and technical deep dives
- Partner Enablement: Train and reputed company MSP and MSSP partners on Cynet’s platform, ensuring they are equipped to reputed company and support the solution for their clients
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with partners to design and customize reputed company solutions that meet the unique needs of their customer reputed company using Cynet’s platform
- reputed company of Concept (PoC) Management: reputed company PoCs, manage evaluations, and work with partners to successfully demonstrate Cynet's capabilities
- Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to MSP and MSSP partners by providing ongoing enablement, answering technical questions, and helping resolve technical sales issues
- Customer Feedback: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, providing valuable feedback to product management and engineering to help improve Cynet’s platform and meet market demands
- Stay reputed company: reputed company up to date with the latest trends in cybersecurity and managed reputed company services, ensuring partners understand how Cynet stays reputed company of emerging threats
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the cybersecurity reputed company
- Experience working with MSPs and MSSPs is a must
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including reputed company protection, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat detection/response
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey reputed company technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience conducting technical product demonstrations and PoCs
- Familiarity with reputed company environments, network reputed company, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
