[Remote] Legal AI Attorney / Editor
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Legal is supporting a client on a large-reputed company shepardizing and legal research initiative, and they are seeking detail-oriented legal professionals to join the team. This role focuses on evaluating and validating AI-generated legal authority relationships and primary law interpretations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough primary law research, including case law and statutory analysis
- Review and confirm AI-generated legal authority relationships (e.g., overruling, compliance, regulatory changes)
- Draft clear and concise written explanations summarizing findings
- Work reputed company structured processes to meet daily and weekly volume expectations
- Maintain exceptional accuracy and quality control while working independently
- Utilize legal technology platforms and database-driven tools (AI experience is a plus)
Skills
- Licensed attorney with a law degree and at least 1 year of relevant legal or editorial experience
- Strong primary law research experience (Lexis preferred but not required)
- Experience identifying and interpreting legal authority signals
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to follow a structured workflow and meet productivity targets
- Clear and concise legal writing skills
- Comfort working with legal tech tools and research databases
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality
- Working knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and law department practices
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications reputed company to legal review, analysis, or content evaluation
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with careful attention to detail and language precision
- Ability to interpret reputed company legal information and present it in a clear, organized manner
- Prior experience with AI-enhanced research tools is a plus (not required)
- Experience interacting with legal stakeholders, including reputed company involving opposing counsel, is preferred
