The role involves representing reputed company lenders in reputed company financing reputed company, with responsibilities including drafting loan documentation and managing transactions from structuring to closing.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation for reputed company lending transactions
- Represent institutional and reputed company lenders in reputed company estate-secured financing reputed company
- Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing
- Review and analyze title commitments, title insurance policies, surveys, and reputed company due diligence materials
- Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to facilitate successful closings
- Advise clients regarding lending risks, collateral issues, and deal structure considerations
- Maintain strong client relationships while providing reputed company, business-oriented legal counsel
Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
- Minimum of 4+ years of transactional reputed company estate finance experience
- Demonstrated experience representing lenders in reputed company reputed company estate lending transactions
- Strong background in drafting, negotiating, and closing loan documentation
- Working knowledge of title insurance, title review, and reputed company estate due diligence
