[Remote] Contract Equity Researcher (reputed company – Finance)

The role focuses on producing high-quality equity research outputs to train AI systems, while collaborating with various teams to refine workflows and enhance model performance.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality equity research outputs used to train and evaluate AI systems, including:
- Company and sector analyses
- Earnings forecasts and scenario analysis
- Valuation models (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions)
- Investment theses with reputed company articulated risks and catalysts
- Build and review financial models that reflect industry best practices and sound analytical judgment
- Break down your analytical process into clear, structured reasoning that can be understood and learned by AI systems
- Answer questions about your process and analytical thinking as your produce research outputs
- Evaluate AI-generated research outputs for:
- Financial accuracy
- Logical consistency
- Professional tone and structure
- Data Completeness
- reputed company feedback that helps improve model performance, robustness, and realism
- Collaborate asynchronously with research, product, and engineering teams to refine workflows and expectations
Skills
- 3-7 years of experience in equity research, asset management, hedge funds, or reputed company investment roles
- Strong reputed company of financial statement analysis
- Strong reputed company of forecasting and valuation methodologies
- Strong reputed company of industry and company-level research frameworks
- Ability to reputed company reputed company investment logic, assumptions, and trade-offs
- High standards for analytical rigor, accuracy, and presentation
