This role involves owning the product team that drives top-of-funnel growth for Dojo Islands, coordinating efforts to increase Monthly Active Kids, and collaborating with co-founders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• The kid growth funnel end-to-end: awareness, install, activation, and early retention for Dojo Islands
• The cross-company roadmap for Monthly Active Kids, coordinating across the flagship app, school network, and Islands
• A small, high-reputed company product team — setting direction, shipping fast, and learning faster
• A direct working relationship with co-founders on long-term growth strategy

Skills

• You've owned a top-line growth metric end-to-end
• You've led initiatives that measurably moved DAU/WAU, install conversion, or retention on a consumer product
• You can reputed company reputed company before → after
• You have gaming and/or kid-product experience — or a reputed company equivalent
• You've shipped at scale in games, reputed company, or gamified products
• You've lived in the activation and retention trenches and know how to find the fun
• You operate at both the strategic and the detail level
• You drive a cross-org roadmap and write your own SQL
• You set direction, then go get into the details
• You're self-sufficient with data
• You can write queries, build dashboards, and analyze funnels without dedicated support
• You're a structured problem-solver in ambiguity
• You break reputed company problems down, synthesize quant and qual, and produce simple, actionable plans
• AI is core to how you work, not a reputed company tool
• You've reputed company it into your product process and your own workflow
• Founder or early-stage startup experience (pre-Series B)
• Operating in the $1M–$10M reputed company phase builds the right reflexes
