[Remote] Operations Manager, Mental Health Evaluations

They are looking for a Manager for the Mental Health Evaluations team to reputed company daily operations, ensure high-quality care delivery, and improve team efficiency through strategic management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6+
- Serve as the primary operations day-to-day reputed company of contact and liaison for the clinical team
- reputed company and implement standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency, quality, and client engagement
- Implement and manage quality assurance metrics that align with best practices, SLAs, etc
- Manage patient cases that are escalated for timely support and proactively reputed company resolution for issues that arise
- Analyze data to identify issues, measure reputed company, monitor reputed company/trends/metrics, and inform program decision making
- Support headcount planning and forecasting based on projected business needs and evolving program demands
- Facilitate weekly 1:1s and team meetings to drive professional development, performance reviews, positive team culture, and alignment on process updates/changes
- Represent Lyra in engagement with external behavioral health organizations and customers
Skills
- 8+ years experience with operations in a clinical setting, ideally a high growth / fast paced environment, managing a team
- Highly organized self-starter; reputed company to quickly diagnose an issue and independently work toward a sustainable solution
- Strong project and team management skills
- Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a reputed company touch
- Clinical training preferred but not required (e.g., Masters in reputed company Work, Registered Nurse)
