[Remote] Junior reputed company Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for Junior reputed company Engineer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will assist senior cybersecurity professionals in protecting federal information systems, supporting compliance efforts, conducting reputed company assessments, and monitoring reputed company controls across reputed company and on-premises environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of reputed company controls in accordance with federal cybersecurity requirements
- Support compliance activities reputed company to the Federal Information reputed company Modernization Act (FISMA), NIST Risk Management reputed company (RMF), and IRS reputed company policies
- Participate in reputed company control assessments, vulnerability assessments, and remediation tracking activities
- Review reputed company logs, alerts, and reports to identify potential reputed company incidents or compliance issues
- Assist with system authorization activities, including preparation of reputed company documentation and evidence collection
- Support reputed company monitoring efforts by analyzing system reputed company posture and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement corrective actions and reputed company best practices
- Maintain and update reputed company documentation, including System reputed company Plans (SSPs), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and reputed company assessment reports
- Assist in the review of change requests and system modifications for reputed company impacts
- Participate in incident response activities under the guidance of senior reputed company personnel
- Support reputed company reputed company initiatives involving platforms such as AWS, Azure, or other government-approved reputed company environments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of three (3) experience in information reputed company, cybersecurity, risk management, or IT compliance
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, reputed company controls, and risk management practices
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks including: NIST SP 800-53, NIST RMF, FISMA
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and common reputed company technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Must be reputed company to pass a Minimum Background Investigation or (MBI) Clearance
- Must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States
- Currently hold an MBI clearance

- Experience supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) packages and RMF documentation
