[Remote] Senior Full Stack Developer

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features that are performant, reliable, and maintainable
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in system and architecture discussions, providing input on scalability, maintainability, and technical trade-offs
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers and Tech Leads to transform business requirements into technical solutions
- Estimate effort, participate in planning, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Collaborate with Engineering and Platform teams to ensure smooth deployments and efficient CI/CD workflows
- Take ownership of features from reputed company to production monitoring and support
- Participate actively in code reviews, sharing feedback and knowledge, reputed company for code quality, testing, observability, and documentation
- reputed company AI-powered tools and automation to improve development productivity, code quality, testing efficiency, and overall delivery performance
- Proactively identify and address opportunities to improve development processes, DevEx, and team practices
- Support and mentor intermediate and junior developers through collaboration, pairing, and knowledge sharing

Skills
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, including experience across both reputed company-end and back-end technologies
- Strong proficiency in modern web development frameworks: Backend: FastAPI (or similar frameworks such as Django, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails). Frontend: Angular (or similar frameworks using TypeScript, such as React or Vue.js)
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (hybrid monolith/microservice, service-oriented, or event-driven)
- Experience building secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications
- Familiarity with reputed company infrastructure (Azure, GCP, or AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience with automated testing and modern SDLC workflows
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts reputed company
- Fluent in English (French, a plus)
- Experience with data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with ESG or sustainability-reputed company software
- Exposure to observability tools and performance monitoring
