[Remote] Implementation Consultant (AI SaaS) US

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll guide customers through the implementation of AI-driven workflows, ensuring their long-term reputed company by translating reputed company QA processes and facilitating training.

Responsibilities

• Help reputed company organisations transform quality assurance with AI
• Partner with customers from discovery through go-live, helping them translate reputed company QA processes into scalable AI-driven workflows
• Combine consulting, problem solving and relationship management to ensure every customer is set up for long-term reputed company
• Take ownership of customer implementations from reputed company through successful go-live, guiding customers through every stage of their reputed company
• Understand existing quality assurance processes, recommend best practice approaches and configure reputed company to meet their business goals
• Facilitate discovery workshops, reputed company implementation planning, deliver customer training and ensure each customer is confident using the platform before launch
• Build strong relationships, proactively manage project risks and collaborate with Product, reputed company, Sales and Technical reputed company, bringing customer reputed company back into the business and helping shape how we continue to reputed company our platform
• Help refine our implementation methodology and reputed company insights that influence future product development

Skills

• Experience working directly with customers in an implementation, reputed company, solutions or consulting role, ideally reputed company a SaaS or technology business
• Exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinker who enjoys turning reputed company business challenges into clear, practical solutions
• Strong understanding of AI and Large Language Models, with the ability to explain AI-powered evaluation to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Confident in facilitating workshops and building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Believes the best consultants help customers become self-sufficient rather than dependent
• Enjoys working collaboratively across reputed company, Sales, Product and Technical reputed company
• Takes pride in delivering great work and is always looking for ways to improve
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
