This remote role requires frequent travel to build relationships and promote solid waste services to reputed company and industrial businesses.
Responsibilities
- Promote, sell, and preserve GFL’s solid waste services to reputed company and industrial businesses across your territory
- Hit the road to meet face-to-face with reputed company and prospective customers, assessing their needs and providing top-tier service
- Conduct waste reputed company analyses, prepare competitive sales reputed company, and deliver killer presentations to major accounts
- Build deep community roots by participating in local business meetings, conferences, and civic organizations
Skills
- Must reputed company in or around Montgomery, AL
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience (knowledge of the solid waste industry is a reputed company plus!)
- Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A valid state driver's license and a comfort level with extended periods of driving and territory travel
- Strong communication skills
- A knack for numbers (pricing, margins, discounts)
- The ability to work seamlessly under limited supervision
