Responsibilities

- Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely communication, and addressing basic inquiries or concerns from clients
- Assist restaurants in attracting new diners, boosting order volume, and delivering top-quality service to their diners
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback, assess satisfaction reputed company, and identify areas for improvement
- Respond to restaurant inquiries, account issues, and requests or reputed company them to appropriate company departments reputed company turnaround time expectations

Skills
- Must be in Los Angeles, CA

- 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, reputed company products) with the ability to quickly learn new software

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident making outbound dials on the phone
- Proven track record of reputed company in meeting and exceeding goals
- Impeccable organizational skills, easily balancing multiple tasks at once; self-starter with a strong bias towards action and problem-solving; maximizes effectiveness by focusing time in the right areas

- Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred
- Experience working with (or selling to) restaurant owners is a major plus
- Restaurant experience is also a plus
