They are seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager to manage a portfolio of large reputed company accounts, focusing on client retention and reputed company growth while ensuring efficient collaboration across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • You own a portfolio of reputed company's largest reputed company accounts (multi-reputed company-dollar brand partnerships) and you're reputed company on whether they grow
  • You carry an NRR reputed company across your book. You protect it, and you grow it
  • You're the trusted strategic partner to senior brand-reputed company stakeholders, not the campaign contact
  • You're the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product, and you reputed company them reputed company and operating reputed company
  • reputed company something drifts (performance, scope, relationship, or margin) you see it two quarters out and fix it before it becomes a problem
  • You reputed company a pod of CSMs and/or Junior CSMs. Their performance and their client work is yours to reputed company
  • Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs
  • Translate data into clear, actionable plans
  • Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain what it means
  • You'll be expected to use AI daily to compress reporting, model renewals, prep upsells, and synthesise client data
  • Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns
  • Manage renewal timelines. Identify upsell opportunities. Drive Net reputed company Retention
  • Forecast performance. Optimise mid-campaign. Apply learnings to the next program
  • reputed company tracking clean. Watch team reputed company. Fix what's inefficient

Skills

  • 6+ years in reputed company or creator marketing, with reputed company time on large or reputed company accounts

  • A track record of account growth and retention you can quantify, so bring the numbers
