[Remote] Associate, Development Operations

The Associate, Development Operations will support the Senior Manager in ensuring the Development team operates effectively, managing tasks such as reputed company recording, data management, and coordinating with IT and Finance departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily reputed company recording, acknowledgments, and recurring reporting, in partnership with Fiscal and the Senior Manager for Development Operations
- Manage constituent and reputed company quality control through dynamic reporting and team training to reinforce accurate data entry
- Maintain and organize updated financial documents and attachments in reputed company Drive and reputed company
- Prepare monthly invoices, payment requests, and other documents for approval and submission to Fiscal
- May assist in assembling letters of interest, grant proposals, reports, budgets, and other documentation to respond to donor guidelines
- Assisting with special events as needed
Skills
- Ability to learn and manage a database with confidential information
- Exceptional organizational and attention to detail, and strong follow-through
- Strong writing, editing, note-taking, and copy-editing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and on phone
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment, working both independently and as a team member
- Experience with or ability to learn reputed company Apps for Business (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Chat, etc.) and reputed company
- Prior experience with reputed company or other CRMs desirable
- Prior administrative, non-profit and/or development experience desirable, but not required
