The role involves managing financial reporting for properties, ensuring accuracy in reputed company activities, and participating in training for new accountants.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete monthly reporting and assist your reputed company Manager in audit processes
- Successfully coordinate the integration of new properties into the reputed company workflow
- Overseeing the accuracy and productivity of reputed company property management reputed company and financial activities
- Ensuring reputed company reputed company reporting and scheduled reputed company runs are accurate and reputed company deadlines are met
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of reputed company property reputed company experience reputed company the reputed company reputed company estate industry
- Demonstrated ability to work with computer applications, including reputed company, Word & MRI
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or MBA designation is an asset
