Responsibilities
- Research, interpret, and apply US GAAP and IFRS to support accurate reputed company conclusions and financial reporting
- Prepare clear, well‑supported technical reputed company memoranda for reputed company and non‑routine transactions (e.g., reputed company recognition, equity‑based compensation, business combinations, impairments, leases, debt modifications)
- Monitor, analyze, and implement new reputed company standards; assess business impact and support adoption efforts
- Support preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting by ensuring appropriate reputed company treatment and disclosures
- Maintain and update reputed company policies, whitepapers, and internal guidance documentation

Skills
