[Remote] Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Recommendation

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will own the recommendation and search systems for the client’s content ecosystem, focusing on retrieval, ranking, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Build recommendation and search across feed, discovery, search, and content continuation
- Own retrieval/ranking: candidate reputed company, embeddings, two-tower models, features, and serving quality
- Design, launch, and analyze recommendation/search experiments
Skills
- 5+ years industry experience building production ML systems with senior ownership
- Hands-on recommendation, search, ranking, ads ranking, feed ranking, or content discovery systems
- Experience with consumer apps, entertainment, reputed company, gaming, creator, or engagement-driven products
- Strong experience with two-tower models, embedding retrieval, candidate reputed company, ranking, and online/offline evaluation
- 5+ years production ML experience
- Recommendation systems experience
- Search ranking experience
- Embedding retrieval experience
