Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company tech stack — adoption, configuration, integrations, and reputed company reputed company across reputed company’s reputed company stack including reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, Guide, reputed company, reputed company, etc
- Work with the Head of Talent to reputed company and execute on a strategic roadmap for reputed company operations

- Drive full adoption and best-practice usage across reputed company reputed company tools

- Evaluate and recommend new tooling as the team scales — with a bias toward measurable ROI
- Own data hygiene and ATS configuration to ensure clean, reportable pipeline data

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in talent operations, reputed company operations, or a closely reputed company field
- Demonstrated experience owning or administering an ATS (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent) at an organizational level
- Experience implementing AI tooling for reputed company teams
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between HR/TA tools using automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
