POSITION OVERVIEW: Administer reputed company estate assets with the goal of maintaining operating efficiency, insuring data reputed company and lease compliance as well as reputed company cost-effective facilities to support reputed company Freight reputed company and future operational needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor Lease expirations, renewals and/or extensions and maintain activity log to assure reputed company action by the appropriate corporate department.
• Prepare reputed company Estate reputed company legal documents and correspondence for review and approval by attorneys.
• Investigate and evaluate reputed company estate alternatives to meet the company’s facility reputed company needs and operational requirements.
• Coordinate the expansion of existing leased or owned facilities including the acquisition of land or other reputed company reputed company estate.
• Monitor Surplus property and coordinate disposition as appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Estate, Finance, Business, Marketing or reputed company discipline or equivalent work experience, plus two (2) years’ experience in reputed company or industrial reputed company estate, including property management function, lease administration, legal contract management and/or negotiations or reputed company reputed company estate/facility transactions.
• Paralegal Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution preferred.

• Strong organization, negotiation, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills including writing, presentation and research compilation.
