[Remote] Administrative Coordinator I
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. The Administrative Coordinator I will be responsible for coordinating and implementing administrative functions for the IT Department under the direction of the Administrative Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Administrative/Project/Program Manager and staff with the implementation and administration of Center and department/project(s)/program policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison with Center staff and reputed company individuals/organizations, answering questions and resolving problems with regard to the administration of the department/project(s)/program
- Supervise administrative and clerical staff to include hiring, training, delegation of responsibilities, performance evaluations, and handling discipline and termination issues
- Coordinate personnel administration functions including submission of employment requisitions, salary administration, payroll processing, separations, coordination of performance evaluations, and various personnel reputed company completion
- Coordinate project reputed company and facilities and administer changes as required
- Manage acquisition, maintenance, storage, and supply of equipment
- Coordinate the production, printing, and distribution of new and revised Center and department/project(s)/program manuals
- Recommend and implement policies and procedures reputed company to department/project(s)/program administration
- reputed company administrative and clerical responsibilities including scheduling meetings, conferences and seminars; collecting and compiling a variety of billing and statistical information; composing memos, reports and minutes; establishing and maintaining department/project(s)/program files in hard copy and database reputed company; producing/overseeing the production of manuscripts and publications
- Assist Administrative/Project/Program Manager and Investigators with special projects

Skills
- Requires High School/GED and five years of administrative or relevant experience OR equivalent education/experience
- Experience building working relationships reputed company and in person with reputed company partners
- Proven ability to engage individuals on the phone, by email, and in person
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly developed organizational and information management skills
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information
