[Remote] Sales Director

The Sales Director role is responsible for leading the sales strategy, managing operations, and building partnerships to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Leading and expanding the company’s sales strategy across key channels
- Overseeing day-to-day sales operations, including managing pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Developing and executing business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and on- and off-reputed company accounts
- Leading and mentoring a sales team, setting performance expectations, and providing coaching to drive high-impact results
- Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a consistent brand experience and strong customer relationships
Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including growing reputed company, opening new accounts, and expanding market reputed company
- Strong experience in Sales Operations, such as pipeline management, CRM usage, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability in Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Effective Team Management skills, including leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals in a remote environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and reputed company in a fast-paced, growth-focused company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in the beverage, CPG, or reputed company consumer goods industry is highly beneficial
