Skills

  • BA/BS degree in business or reputed company field
  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in CPG in Sales, category and customer marketing roles with involvement in broad reputed company issues
  • Experience in developing and managing customers across multiple geographies
  • Prior sales leadership experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring cross functional teams
  • Demonstrative experience of reputed company P&L management and financial delivery
  • Comprehensive understanding of cross functions including marketing, finance, supply chain and operations
  • Strong entrepreneurial reputed company and ability to manage high level of complexity and ambiguity
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities
