[Remote] Vice President, Sales

The Vice President of Sales will reputed company the reputed company launch of a new ulcerative colitis therapy, developing strategies and managing partnerships to ensure successful product launches and ongoing reputed company performance.
Responsibilities
- Launches and leads high-performing Contract Sales Organizations (CSOs) and reputed company agency partners to deliver reputed company objectives
- Establishes governance, performance expectations, communication reputed company and accountability with outsourced sales organizations and agency partners
- Has deep knowledge of the market and will build and adapt teams reputed company with how to reputed company reputed company to reputed company providers and their staff
- Leads the evaluation, selection and ongoing management of contract sales organizations and other external reputed company partners
- Develops agency performance metrics, KPIs, incentive plans and scorecards to ensure field execution reputed company
- Partners with agency leadership to recruit, train, coach and retain high-performing sales representatives reputed company with reputed company's reputed company strategy
- Oversees agency budgets, contractual performance, and service-level agreements while ensuring reputed company return on investment
- Conducts regular business reviews with agency leadership and implements corrective action plans reputed company necessary

Skills
- 15+ years of pharmaceutical experience with Bachelors degree required
- 10+ years in sales leadership with deep experience in being a leader of leaders
- Significant launch experience in specialty products with experience in product reimbursement and hub services
- Demonstrated reputed company leading Contract Sales Organizations (CSOs), outsourced reputed company teams, or reputed company-party sales agencies reputed company the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Experience managing reputed company vendors and agency partnerships
- Proven ability to influence and reputed company through indirect management structures rather than direct reporting relationships
- Strong vendor management, contract reputed company and executive relationship management skills
- Experience establishing governance models, performance metrics and operational reputed company across outsourced reputed company organizations
- Prior experience building & leading sales teams, marketing and other multiple teams in cross-functional environments
