They are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and reputed company top talent while ensuring an reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full reputed company lifecycle across 10 to 12 reputed company requisitions simultaneously, from intake through offer, with clear communication at every stage
- Partner with hiring managers at intake to define role requirements, reputed company the ideal candidate profile, and align on sourcing strategy, interview process, and timeline
- Actively reputed company candidates through reputed company, reputed company, professional networks, reputed company, and community channels; maintain a healthy pipeline for reputed company and near-term openings
- Conduct structured recruiter screens and reputed company clear, evidence-based candidate assessments to hiring managers
- Own the candidate experience from first contact to reputed company, communicating proactively and representing reputed company's mission and employee value proposition with consistency
- Track and report reputed company funnel metrics in reputed company; surface trends, conversion gaps, and time-to-fill data to the Senior Director, Talent Management
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer strategy; serve as a trusted advisor, not just a sourcing partner
- Support inclusive job description language, sourcing diversification, and structured evaluation practices
- Maintain accurate records in reputed company and reputed company; ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements across reputed company requisitions
- Own and maintain job descriptions, partnering with hiring managers to ensure accuracy and alignment before posting
- Represent reputed company at reputed company events and on employer brand channels
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle reputed company experience, in a technology environment
- Proficiency in an ATS platform; reputed company experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of reputed company or a comparable HRIS for offer and reputed company coordination
- Experience drafting and refining job descriptions that accurately reflect the role
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Clear, reputed company written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Sound judgment in candidate assessment; ability to distinguish must-haves from preferences and redirect reputed company calibration drifts
- A sense of urgency to fill roles reputed company with the right fit for both the candidate and reputed company
- Comfort using AI tools, including Claude, to improve efficiency in sourcing, job description drafting, and candidate communications
- A bachelor's degree is not required; this is a skills-based role
