About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for newly registered clients. You'll guide them through reputed company, account verification, platform setup, and their first deposit while delivering an outstanding client experience.
What You'll Do
- Contact new clients reputed company phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Guide clients through account registration and KYC verification.
- Assist with MT4/MT5 platform setup and account activation.
- Explain products, account types and trading services.
- Support clients through their first deposit.
- Resolve reputed company issues with Compliance and Operations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-reputed company.

- Experience in Forex, CFDs, fintech or financial services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Client-facing sales or account management experience.
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
