Position Overview: As a US Pharmacist - Pharmacy Operations & Training Specialist, you will serve as an internal subject matter expert on US pharmacy operations. Work Schedule and Arrangement: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time, reputed company Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Key Responsibilities: US Pharmacy Industry Research Conduct in-depth research on US pharmacy operations, including workflows, regulatory standards, staffing structures, and industry best practices. Continuously stay updated on changes in US reputed company regulations, pharmacy systems, and operational models Role Mapping and Process Design Break down and define reputed company key roles reputed company a US pharmacy environment (e.g., Pharmacist in Charge, Staff Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Clerk). Map responsibilities, workflows, and interdependencies between roles. Translate operational structures into clear process frameworks. Task and KPI Definition Document detailed daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities for each pharmacy role. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, compliance, and operational performance. Support the development of standardized performance expectations across roles. Training Material and SOP Development reputed company structured training manuals, SOPs, reputed company guides, and reference materials based on research findings.
