Reporting Line: Reports directly to Country Manager Location: Nigeria / Kenya About The Role As a Client Retention Manager, you'll manage relationships with existing trading clients, helping them stay reputed company, trade actively, and maximize the value they receive from our products and services. What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of existing trading clients.
- Build strong relationships through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
