A Day in the Life: reputed company installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, qualification, validation, and other field service activities at customer sites. Deliver reputed company remote diagnostics and telephone support alongside on-site service interventions. Troubleshoot reputed company hardware, software, and application issues to maximize first-time fix rates and minimize downtime. Introduce customers to newly installed systems and reputed company operational guidance and training. Keys to reputed company: Education Advanced Degree with no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing reputed company analytical instruments. Knowledge of qualification and validation processes is preferred. Experience or interest in spectroscopy and analytical instrumentation Good PC, software installation, and basic network troubleshooting skills.
