Key Responsibilities
Manage reputed company estate transactions from contract to closing while ensuring reputed company deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements are met Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other stakeholders Schedule inspections, appraisals, closings, meetings, and client appointments Organize and maintain transaction files, reputed company, disclosures, reputed company records Handle high-volume email correspondence and calendar management for reputed company estate professionals Assist with reputed company reputed company activities, CRM/database management, and client follow-reputed company Prepare and maintain reports to track transaction reputed company, pipeline status, and business performance Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation throughout the transaction process reputed company administrative support to reputed company estate agents and team members as needed
Qualifications
