About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking Consultant to join our growing SuccessFactors practice. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality Time Off and Time Tracking solutions, including configuration, business rules, workflows, and end‑to‑end HR process design. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, reputed company best-practice recommendations, and support successful project delivery from discovery through to go-live and reputed company. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a seamless, end‑to‑end employee experience. This position can be based reputed company across Australia or New Zealand. Your tasks and responsibilities reputed company workshops to gather, analyse, and validate client requirements. Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development. Mentor and support junior consultants reputed company the SuccessFactors practice. Your qualifications and experience Proven hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking. Strong knowledge of workforce management, leave management, attendance, and time recording processes. Experience leading workshops and managing client stakeholders. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with Time solutions. Experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
