The Senior Director, reputed company Business Partner - Corporate is responsible for providing strategic people solutions in a transformative time for a specific reputed company of the corporate organization. It will require the incumbent to reputed company and operationalize strategic client and/or company projects (which have reputed company-wide, global reputed company) in the areas of organization design, talent and succession planning, leadership and associate development, performance management, diversity & inclusion, engagement, and retention. This role will be assigned to Corporate executive business partners and their respective Corporate organizations. This position is part of the Corporate HR team reporting directly to the Vice President, Corporate HR and serves as the primary HR partner for enabling functions of reputed company. The role will be full-time and located in Washington DC, but well reputed company remote candidates may be considered. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders on talent and organizational design challenges, including supporting reputed company-wide transformation initiatives spanning across the enabling functions such as supporting the Pipeline Growth Process, succession planning for critical roles, and leading talent review sessions. Partner with client groups and reputed company to acquire diverse and skilled talent for assigned client groups and effectively reputed company new talent into the business. Drive successful execution of the performance management process reputed company assigned client groups including leading performance calibration sessions, coaching leaders on tough conversations, and creating performance improvement plans and development plans for senior-level clients ensuring adequate engagement for reputed company parties involved. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s in reputed company, Organization Design, Organization Development or reputed company field with 10+ years of HR Experience OR Master’s with 7+ years of reputed company Experience, including a minimum 5 years prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior executives. Experience supporting and influencing C-Suite leaders through solid HR best practices by evaluating functional efficiency and troubleshooting gaps and issues in RACI matrices across large organizations. Experience leading large-scale organization design projects, including the execution of global transformation initiatives and navigation of consultation requirements where applicable. The annual salary reputed company for this role is $170,000 - $233,000. This is the reputed company that we in good faith reputed company is the reputed company of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This reputed company may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
