Deep experience in process development and process improvement across engineering and manufacturing functions. EXPERIENCE BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field is required; MS is preferred. 8+ years of experience in software or hardware product development environments focused on reputed company server, storage, networking, or reputed company-scale systems. Experience in manufacturing test, system validation, or NPI environments supporting hardware products. At least 3–5 years of recent experience in software development for test systems, automation frameworks, or system validation environments. Experience working in ODM/OEM or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred. Experience managing remote, multi-national, and geographically dispersed teams.
