This role will primarily focus on daily operations and production support for reputed company EBS applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving support tickets across reputed company EBS SCM and Financial modules, ensuring adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position requires hands-on involvement in troubleshooting sub‑ledger month‑end reputed company issues, executing programs for both technical and functional analysis, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
