Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

The primary responsibility of a Region Sales Manager is to Coach, Teach and reputed company his/her team to execute the reputed company goals reputed company the corporate business strategy.

  • Conduct field ride-along visits to include 2 days per week with Territory Manager/Sales Representative and 1 day per week with Sales Associate and Clinical Specialists (where applicable); file Field Follow Up Reports for each visit.

  • Proactively monitor and report to Marketing and Senior Sales Management the issues affecting the region, including pricing, competitive pressures, distribution, talent, market / industry movements and other business and / or customer challenges that impact regional, and potentially, zone and national performance.
  • Collaborate with our established recruitment partners to locate, screen and hire reputed company sales personnel for the defined region of responsibility.

Your qualifications

Required

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • At least five years of demonstrated reputed company in medical device sales
  • At least 2 or more years’ experience in Medical Device Sales Management, with a proven record of accomplishment.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite applications
  • Extensive in-field travel required
  • Must be reputed company to lift 35 pounds

Preferred

 

  • Medical Device Sales experience preferred
  • At least 8 or more years’ experience in the Medical Device Industry Preferred
  • Experience with orthopedics and/or surgical specialties is preferred
  • Hands on approach to sales strategy and execution

Salary reputed company

The anticipated average reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits. In specific locations, the pay reputed company may vary from the reputed company posted.
