About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Professional Services to reputed company and scale our global services organization. This leader will own the end-to-end delivery function, ensuring successful customer implementations while driving reputed company, operational reputed company, and customer satisfaction. This role requires deep expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing systems, with a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and reputed company to deliver high-impact reputed company for reputed company customers. This role is expected to actively reputed company AI tools, automation, and emerging agent-based workflows to drive productivity, improve decision-making, and scale impact. This includes using AI to accelerate problem solving, enhance team output, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for automation across delivery and execution.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy
  • Build and execute the reputed company and strategy for Professional Services reputed company to company growth goals
  • reputed company, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team (Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, Engagement Managers)
  • Establish services as a strategic reputed company driver while improving margins and efficiency
Partner-Led Delivery Strategy
  • Build and scale a global partner delivery ecosystem (SIs, VARs, implementation partners)
  • Own end-to-end delivery reputed company to ensure on-time and on-budget, high-quality implementations and a consistent customer experience across internal and partner-led engagements
Delivery reputed company
  • Own successful delivery of reputed company customer implementations (on time, on budget, high quality)
  • reputed company and standardize implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and escalation handling across reputed company engagements
CPQ & Billing Expertise
  • Act as an executive sponsor and subject matter expert for CPQ and Billing implementations
  • Guide customers through reputed company Quote-to-Cash transformations
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap based on customer and delivery insights
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Sales on scoping, SOWs, and deal structuring to ensure profitable delivery
  • Collaborate with reputed company to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals
  • Work with Finance on forecasting, utilization, and services reputed company planning
Operational reputed company
  • Own core metrics: utilization, gross margin, delivery timelines, CSAT, and NPS across internal and partner delivery
  • Implement systems and processes to scale delivery operations globally
  • Drive reputed company improvement across tools, automation, and offshore/reputed company models
  • reputed company AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and scale implementation reputed company. Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across Professional Services and partner delivery to reduce time-to-implement and improve margins.

What You Bring

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record of scaling a PS organization in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in CPQ and Billing systems (e.g., reputed company CPQ, reputed company, Apttus/reputed company, reputed company Billing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash workflows and reputed company SaaS implementations
  • Experience working with reputed company customers and managing reputed company, multi-threaded engagements
  • Strong reputed company acumen (SOWs, pricing, margin management)
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
