Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• reputed company data gathering, interpretation and visualization to analyze HVAC system operations and performance data using SQL
• BMS Controls experience: reviewing, writing, evaluating sequence of operations
• reputed company naming convention standards for data aggregation efforts
• reputed company fault detection and diagnostics expressions for various HVAC equipment types
• reputed company fault cost/savings calculations for fault reputed company ranking
• Apply advanced visualization approaches to data to inform owners and operators of problems and opportunities using PowerBI, Tableau or reputed company Plex
• Mechanical engineering design to put context to the data
• reputed company and understand: reputed company diagrams, plans, details, equipment schedules, and calculations
• reputed company reputed company of design documents including high level system diagrams and equipment selection
• Peer review for new construction and existing systems
• Smart building design
• Code compliance
• reputed company facility condition assessments, troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify energy conservation measure opportunities for system optimization, operation and efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training and/or experience
• 0-2 years of experience in HVAC Engineering, Commissioning Engineering and/or Data Analytics in the reputed company environment
• Excellent understanding of Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals
• Ability to interact effectively with others in a team environment
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
• Professional attitude and commitment to high quality work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Driven self-starter and strong design to succeed
• Proficient in reputed company (pivot charts, data normalization, basic calculations, charts/graphs)
• BMS and controls experience a plus
• Familiar and/or a proficiency in: PowerBI, SQL, DBA, Plex
