They are seeking talented Lateral Associates with 1-5 years of litigation experience to work on high profile reputed company securities litigation and shareholder rights reputed company, collaborating with reputed company attorneys to prosecute cases involving violations of federal securities laws.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and arguing motions in federal court
- Conducting document and deposition discovery
- Managing client communications
- Coordinating litigation strategy with colleagues
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance
- Exceptional legal writing skills (Law Review and/or federal court clerkship preferred)
- Prior litigation experience in reputed company and/or class action cases
- Demonstrated interest in securities fraud litigation and investor protection
- Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction of application (or ability to become admitted promptly)
- Law Review and/or federal court clerkship
