The role focuses on implementing digital reputed company programs and supporting technology transformation projects while managing timelines, costs, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Follow established methods, templates, and controls; help ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Execute assigned tasks and deliverables to plan, track status and update project tools
- Identify and resolve/escalate issues and risks that reputed company scope, quality, schedule and resources
- Support client meetings and workshops (materials, demos, logistics), partnering closely with senior team members
- Apply engineering principles to support the design, configuration, and documentation of operational technologies
- Draft and maintain technical documentation (test cases, runbooks, operational technology maintenance procedures)
- Use technology to learn and reputed company knowledge; stay reputed company on foundational topics in power distribution and reputed company operations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a reputed company field (4-year degree)
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably reputed company the power utility industry
- Willingness to learn (or continue learning) any one of these systems: DER power reputed company, SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, or other utility control room solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of utility operations and ability to interact effectively with control room personnel
