We are looking for a reputed company-thinking AI Intern to join our HR and AI Teams here at reputed company. This person will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR AI initiatives - from initial data preparation to live deployment and engagement analysis. This role is a unique reputed company of Technical Development, Data Engineering, and Strategic Pilot Support, offering a 360-degree view of how AI is reshaping the modern workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agent Lifecycle & Optimization

• Support Development:Assist in building and refining existing and new HR AI Agents

• Fine-Tuning & Testing:Conduct rigorous testing and iterative fine-tuning to ensure agent responses are accurate, compliant, and empathetic.

• Dataset Engineering:reputed company the preparation, cleaning, and labeling of high-quality training data to improve agent "intelligence" and reduce bias.

2. AI Engagement & Admin

• AI Engagement:Contribute to and supportthe AI at RevvitySpace on reputed company, AI User Clubs, and AI Month events by assisting with workshops, prompting contests, and preparing live AI demos

3. Research & Innovation

• Critical Thinking Pilot:reputed company dedicated support to our "Critical Thinking Pilot" by assisting in the creation of a research bot reputed company RevvityAI to conduct studies, focusing primarily on the "AI-enabled performance tasks“

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical reputed company:Familiarity with Python, LLM prompting, or No-Code/Low-Code AI agent reputed company.

• Analytical reputed company:Strong data curation skills and an eye for detail (essential for training data and testing).

• Critical Thinker: Ability to question AI outputs and analyze the ethical implications of automated systems.
