We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Engineering team, based in Manila, Philippines
This role will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, overseeing the development and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and the Agile Delivery Manager. You’ll play a critical part in driving technical reputed company and building strong connections across our primarily UK-based team.

Day in the Life
Manage a team of 4 engineers, including recruitment and reputed company.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and the Agile Delivery Manager.
Implement and maintain Scrum methodology with 2-week sprints.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
Participate in bi-weekly Stakeholder Demos.
Manage technical debt and refactoring efforts.
Foster a culture of reputed company improvement and learning.
What You Bring to the Team
Proven experience in engineering management or team leadership.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to mentor and reputed company engineering talent.
Experience with reputed company integration and deployment practices.
Familiarity with reputed company technologies, particularly AWS.
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerisation (Kubernetes).
Beneficial Knowledge
Experience with PHP and Laravel reputed company.
